ElevateDB Manager editing keys |

Dan Rootham | Tim,
EDBManager Unicode 1.06 Build 1 In this version (and earlier?) of EDBManager, the Ctrl+Shift+LeftArrow and Ctrl+Shift+RightArrow don't select word by word in the SQL input windows. This key combination is a handy feature of DBSys, Wordpad and many other apps. I would really like to see it in EDBManager one day! Thanks, Dan |

Dan Rootham | Tim,
Back in April you said: << I'll see what I can do.... >> And in ElevateDB ver 2.01 we get this welcome announcment: << "General keystroke handling has also been improved" >> Thank you very much! Greatly appreciated, because I'm one of those old-fashioned people who prefer keystrokes to using a mouse. And when working on a laptop with no mouse attached, keystrokes are a real help. Otherwise EDBMgr risked becoming a "mouse-locked" application. (DBSys was well provided with keystroke alternatives.) Regards, Dan |

This was a very common request, so you were not alone in wanting more keystrokes. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
