Thread EDB Mgr: close all stores

In EDB Manager, I would like to be able to right-click on the "stores" tree
node and select "Close all stores".  I have 18 stores and sometimes open
several of them to see if updates are happening correctly, to see what files
are pending.  Then I have a whole bunch of stores open.  After running a
script, I have to disconnect from the server, then open up the stores again
to see what files were affected.  I suppose a "refresh" might be nice too.

I'll see what I can do.

Refresh is already present - just hit F5 while in the explorer (treeview),
or click on the Refresh button at the top of the explorer.

Oh that's right--I think you've mentioned that before.

Thanks!
