I'd have to check that out further.  In general, it's a bad idea to store
passwords, period, in the .exe.

Whilst I agree with you, and do my best to avoid it I just noticed this "feature" of the session component.

You could help enforce good practice by moving the password from published to public but you might get lynched at this stage.

I now have a good reason for putting logon info into an app - I'm getting very fed up with having to logon each time I go into the IDE and want to do something - like add a filed into the persistent field list for a table.

Yeah, I suspect so, especially after a few thousand login dialog prompts
during development. Smiley
