Unfortunately we just had the new SCSI drive (the replacement for the last drive that failed last September) fail on us today, so the web site, etc. was down for a few hours while we got everything back up and running.  I've also ordered a new Dell server so that we don't have to mess with these types of failures anymore since the Seagate SCSI drives are apparently not very reliable, or at least they're not sending us reliable drives.  The new server will be coming in the first week of December, so we'll be releasing Elevate Web Builder and then putting in the new server, in that order.

What this means is that any posts that were made since last night around 11:30pm EST will be gone, so you'll have to post them again.

My apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I had a similar experience with my DataTank - first one failed, replacement failed (backed up both times I'm happy to say). On the second occasion I permanently retired it using a 5lb hammer Smiley

Oh, I'm going to beat the living hell out of these drives once they're
retired.  They've been nothing but trouble, considering that they're
high-end SCSI drives.

Although, the good thing is that our disaster recovery is pretty good now.
Once I came into the office yesterday and noticed that the drive was down, I
had everything back up in about an hour or so.

After having read and replied to your post I obviously did something very stupid here. Windows suddenly decided it HAD to reinstall Office. Fortunately I keep all my data on separate partitions so I've reloaded my image (6 months old) and am busy getting the various programs etc back up to date Frown
