I've just sused why I've been having problems with not clicking the add column button but the OK button.

I'm just creating a new table and if you look at the flow of work its left to right. The "obvious" movement after you've clicked case-insensitive is down and click on the OK button not right and up to the add button.

Just thought I'd tell you

Well, Build 2 has the "you've modified the column properties without saving"
warning, so hopefully that will help.
