It will be out today.  Sorry about the delay - I wanted to get some other
stuff in the build also, specifically some more documentation updates and
migration support for DBISAM 1, 2, 3, and 4 in edbmigrate.pas.

I've been rather impressed with ElevateDB thus far.  These glitches are all part of the shakeout process for any new software.
