Thread ElevateDB ODBC Driver in Windows 2008 server

Hi,
I'm using ElevateDB ODBC Driver (2.13.3.16) to connect to an accounting application.
The driver is located in Windows Server 2008.
When I get from the driver data the driver is creating some temp files in the following directory in the server and automatically deletes it.

C:\Users\Administrator.company\AppData\Local\Temp\1

The problem is that a directory with the name 1 must exist in the server in this directory
If this directory doesn't exist I get an error.
Therefore I must create it. However the server each day cleans all the data from the temp directory that they were created 1 day before and also create a dummy txt file otherwise the directory '1' is deleted after some minutes.
So every day I must create again in order the odbc driver to work.
Is there a workaround in order to define a specific directory in order to bypass this??

Thanks,
Manolis

See link below for ODBC driver config settings and it's probably the
TEMPPATH you want to define
