En55555 | Hi,
We have recently upgraded from elevate version 2. Our application used the following connection string to connecto to the database. DRIVER={ElevateDB 2 ODBC Driver};TYPE=#Remote#;DATABASE=#StoreName#;Uid=#User#;Pwd=#Password#;Address=#Address#;ConfigPath=#ConfigPath# legend: #placeholder# This no longer works after the upgrade, The ODBC drivers are installed but when connection we receive the following error: "The database {databasename} does not exist." Is anyone able to provied an updated format for the connection string? Is there some information ive missued? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Are you sure that the database that you're referencing is actually defined on the ElevateDB Server that you're connecting to ? I would try the connection in the EDB Manager to see if there's an issue outside of the ODBC Driver present. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
