Anyway, I planned on sticking with dbisam4 for existing delphi6 projects
maintenance while using ElevateDB with c# for future projects.

Will there be a migration discount for ElevateDB for .NET or will .NET
be released in the next 5 days?

Usually the issue is that your From: address doesn't match the sender
address given by the sending mail server.  It appears that your sending mail
server identified you as:

SRS0=eYumVv=J4=drmargarit.com=mailATyourhostingaccount.com

No, there will be separate migration discounts for the VCL.NET, Kylix, or
MDAC (ODBC and ADO.NET data provider) products.
