Hi Tim,

This is something I've been meaning to post about for quite a while but never gotten around to it until now.

In EDB Manager, the bottom part of the Job dialog is missing (at least for me), which means I am unable to click any buttons.  It has been like this for me for several versions.

Resizing the dialog doesn't help.  I tried deleting the [Window_JobDialog] section in the EDBMGR.INI file but that didn't make any difference.

This is on a Dell XPS17 running Windows 7 Pro at 1920x1080. Please see the attached screenshot.

If I run it under Windows 10 on my MacBook Pro it's fine.

I expect something has gone a bit weird on my system but I have no idea what it could be.

Even though I can't see your image I do have one guess - go and find EDBManager's ini file and take out all of the stuff that doesn't relate to a session. It may be that some setting somewhere has become upset.

Ypur post looks like plain text with a UUEncoded image embedded, but it looks as though the final end is missing. My guess is that either the new on-line newsgroup server doesn't handle uuencoding properly in which case you'll have to switch to mime, or your client isn't encoding it properly. In the latter case give it a good kicking

I made a backup for the existing INI file and then deleted it.  When EDB Manager creates a new INI file the dialog displays fine so it's definitely in the INI file.  I just need to find it.

I'm using Firefox so I'm guessing it's the newsgroup server.

I'd guess its

[Window_JobDialog]
Window State=0
Window Top=249
Window Left=616
Window Height=541
Window Width=688

I wrote something yonks ago to zap stuff from the ini file. If you want a copy I'll try and post to the binaries

It's a strange one.  I already tried deleting that section but it still has the same problem when ElevateDB Manager recreates it.  I just tried editing the values but all that does is change the size of the window.  The bottom part of the screen is still hidden.

Thanks.  If that's specifically for ElevateDB Manager then it would be worth a shot.
