Steve,

<< That's great news.  Sure, I'd be happy to test it. >>

No need - Charles and his crack team ran it through its paces, and it's working fine.  I'll have a new build out later tomorrow (EST).

Thanks !

I'm not sure that taking illicit substances is the best thing to do while testing. Wink

I, of course, meant it in the "excellence" way. Smile

Tim,
Randomly i get "ElevateDB Error #1101 The connection to the server at '192.168.1.1' has been lost ('Timed out while receiving stream')".  Is this related to this issue ? The app will freeze in the task manager i think for 2-3 minutes.

Thank you

No.  That usually indicates the client having an issue with getting a timely response from the EDB Server.  Check to make sure that you aren't trying to execute any particularly time-consuming queries, or that you aren't experiencing lock contention issues in your application (long-running transactions, etc.).

Dear Tim,
Well, what i'm doing is a restart of the remote server (edbengine.close, doing somethings and edbengine.open) and after i'm try to connect and open a database. It doesn't do it always, randomly ... i'm trying to debug edb to see what happens and i receive this. I'll let you know if i find something.

Thank you

Are you restarting the remote session on the client when you do this ?  If not, then what you're seeing is perfectly normal.

Hi Team,
D10.4.2, EDB v 2.33b2, 32bit App on Win 7 PC.

Customer had our first 506 today. Frown
"ElevateDB Error #506 Cannot lock the session manager (ID: 18)."
Happened when User was exiting the App.
For those that can read them, see the attached Eurekalog report.
The Eurekalog Tools Pack with the Viewer can be downloaded from here
https://www.eurekalog.com/downloads_delphi.php
I would add a picture of just the Cal Stack but it seems you can only add one attachment  Frown
Error # 506 does not appear in the help files. Frown Something to be addressed.

Any Thoughts/Suggestions??

Regards,
Ian
