My apologies for being absent from the forums for so long.  I experienced a little bit of "burn-out" in February after EWB 3 was released, and just getting some outstanding work done on EDB and DBISAM was about all I could handle.  I also had put off a *lot* of personal things that had been waiting to be addressed for several years while EWB 3 was developed, and that took a bit of time to deal with, also.  With EWB 3, I learned a valuable lesson in not taking on too much work in one chunk.

I'm mostly caught up with EDB and DBISAM issues and have issued a new EWB 3.01 release, but I still need to go through the forums and see what else is outstanding and work those into a new EWB 3.01 build.  I will also be producing some new tutorial videos in the coming days.

Regarding support in general, we have updated the web site to reflect that we are no longer using support sessions for support and are back to performing direct email support along with the support forums:
