Thread Is ElevateSoft still operational?

I hate to ask this question, but is ElevateSoft still a going company?

I tried to call the number listed on the contact page and it had been disconnected.  I asked a technical question more than week ago and there has been no response.

The only reason to know is whether to expect any technical service and/or software updates in the future.  The software continues to work anyhow.

If ElevateSoft is not a going company, I am very sorry.  It provided excellent service for an excellent product.

I will continue to use their software for the indefinite future.  It is just that good.

Yes.  I've been in contact with ElevateSoft via email within the last week with regards to the locking issue that I reported a while back, and that they are working on an update for this issue.  Other parts of the conversation indicate that they are working on some other action items as well.

It looks like EDB has finally gone out of business.

I received an email from EDB reminding me that my subscription expires
in 30 days.

I have asked Tim and Sam twice (26th January and 1st February 2025) if
there is any plan or roadmap for the continuation of EDB and
unfortunately have received no response.

Too bad that EDB doesn't keep its long term customers informed about
continuing or discontinuing of the buisness.

Karlheinz Jansen,

I believe Elevate Software is not out of business, just slow answering.
I've talked to Tim a few days ago, he is planning a new release of EDB soon, but said that for many personal reasons have had no free time at all and have been missing answering many messages.
