Steve Gill | So once again my mortal foe presents itself, this time with a twist - it's happening with the database itself.
"ElevateDB Error #300 Cannot lock the database xxxx for shared access" Only 1 out of 15 users at the client's site is getting this error - the other 14 are having no problems at all. This has only just started happening. Other days all 15 connect without any issue. Weird. Anyone else encounter this? EDB 2.39 Build 3. Remote connection - no local connections. = Steve |

> Anyone else encounter this? Saw 300 errors with 2.38 and 2.39 builds at a heavy usage client. 2.40b3 is pretty solid, but we are still seeing an occasional AV in the Close Session function which is then followed shortly by the same exact error that you are seeing, so we're still shipping a custom build of 2.37b3 for stability. I reported this a couple of days ago along with the corresponding server logs. |
