Normally I have all users logging in with the Administrator role and have my own security / privileges system controlling what users can and can't do. I'm working on application that will become freeware and the idea is that anyone who can login can do pretty much anything APART from alter users. I would just use Public but users with that role can't create / drop stores and I need that.

I can't come up with the right syntax - can anyone out there?
