"Compare Database ..." should work on Backups of the database |

Barry | I think it would be great if the "Compare Database ..." command could compare the database against a backed up database (assuming backup contains the catalog). That way we can see what has changed in the schema since the last backup. Since we only need the metadata from the backup, it shouldn't take long to access this information (no need to restore the database - done on the fly). This would also allow us to compare backup to backup as well as database to backup etc..
