If at all possible I'd like to be able to group sessions for the treeview. Primarily I'd like to be able to have

ElevateDB Manager
->Development
---->TfR
---->Diabetes
etc
->Live
---->TfR
---->Diabetes
etc

But I could happily have more - eg databases for messing about and seeing what happens, databases for trying to help on the forums etc
