Can the hints be moved into a section of their own (either top or bottom, but preferably top) even if they are also left in the body of the text. Reason is they'll stand out better when they're out of the crowd.

Eventually the execution plans are going to be made available in a more
formatted manner, i.e. XML or HTML.  That way these types of attributes can
be properly highlighted.

Pretty but I still feel that having them in a block as well would help.
