but looks like not my luck - still can't download ewb2 preview - get only error message:
"The request made to the web server is invalid"
and also didn't get any emails with any instructions

You don't need any special password here - the download is linked as a
new product to your normal elevatesoft web account so make sure you use
the same account you asked them to add preview to (i.e. linked by your
email).

Download is fine for me as well so it's not a general problem.

Yep, I'm seeing that here also for your account.....checking......okay, it's
fixed now.  It was just an issue with non-customers that were also marked as
testers.

Sam sent out a bulk email yesterday, so the mail server is running a little
behind right now.  We're going to be weeding out the invalid email addresses
soon (there's several hundred), and that should fix this issue in the
future.
