Am I right in thinking that the TCanvas will re-appear with the TPaint
component soon? I just tried to pick up my test project in EWB2 and
find them missing. I see that they are mentioned as coming soon, but
confirmation would be good. Thanks.

Are we there yet?  8-)

Yep, with touch support also.  It's pretty cool being able to sign my name
with a stylus on my Samsung tab with the paint example project. Smile

Pretty close.  I've got a couple of things to clean up today, and then I
will be putting out a new build sometime tomorrow or this weekend.  As of
now, I've got 12 items on the release candidate to-do list (not including
documentation) and, of those 12 items, only 9 are "must-be-done" items.  For
example, one of the items is an accordion panel control, which is really
easy to do in EWB 2, but I probably won't have time to squeeze in.

The new virtual TGrid is *really* cool.  You can load a *lot* of rows into
it pretty quickly, and the sorting is really fast now.  I've attached a
screen shot of it in action.  That whole layout reacts perfectly to
portrait/landscape changes on a tablet, also.  The best part is that the
WebGrids unit is going to come in at only ~3000 lines of code, which is a
testament to how well the fundamental building blocks in the WebUI unit work
for building controls.

OK, I cancelled a short break for the weekend - so I'll take you up on
that. Smile

Sorry that it was a little late, but it's up there now.
