Okay, Build 11 is now uploaded and available, and it should finally fix the localhost certificate issues.

Notes:

1) Ignore this post:

you will *not* need to edit the ewbide.ini file in order to use Build 11 properly.

2) The installations now use the correct flags to make sure that the certificate installation is performed as the current user during installation, and this should fix this problem once and for all.
