After installing Build I get the attached screenshot error telling me the certificate does not exist.

So i tried to install it manually and I got this: (command prompt run as Administrator)

Checking for the localhost certificate in the My store (CURRENT_USER)

Okay, I restarted my PC and tried again, this time the certificate installed but the web server will only start if I run EWB as Administrator as well.

Running EWB as a normal user will give me the attached error message.

Chris,

Ignore that error - the IDE is looking in the wrong store since I changed the default location where it is being created during installation.

Build 11 still comes up with the error that the server has not started , and no applications will run unless I run EWB as Administrator.

What is shown if you use MMC and look at the Personal certificate stores for both the current user and the local machine ?  Is there a self-signed "localhost" certificate present in either, and if so, which ?

Thanks !

Thanks - that's the Elevate certificate, so it's definitely there.

Are you running MMC as a normal user, or administrator ?

Chris,

<< Normal user >>

Hmm, I am really stumped on this one.  I'm going to have to do some more investigating to see what I can find out.  I can't get anything to fail on this end, no matter what I try.
