Thread EWB 3 Build 8 - Opening Form/Unit switches current Form/Unit to Designer view
Tue, Apr 14 2020 11:33 PMPermanent Link

In the IDE, if the current file (Form or Unit) is in Code view, it will be switched to Designer view when another file (Form or Unit) is created or opened.  (This is even more peculiar if the current file is a Unit because it will get switched to an empty Designer view.)

For example -
1) create a new Visual Client Project
2) switch Unit1 to Code view
3) add a New Form or Unit
4) change back to Unit1 and it will be in Designer view

It appears to be fixed for most situations but is still happening when the current file is a Form and another Form is created or opened.
