Godfrey Fletcher | My first EWB app: http://www.cybercom-software.com/targetheartrate/targetheartrate.html
Nice example Tested your example on my desktop (res 1280 *1024) and it is nicely center on page. Tried it on my laptop (res 1366 * 768) and the top bar is chopped off, no scroll bars. Maybe Tim should have a look at this |

Steve Gill | Hi Tim,
<< If he didn't code the application to use auto-width *and* auto-height for the application desktop, then the form will position incorrectly when the browser window resizes smaller than the height of the desktop. >> Actually I do have the auto-width and auto-height set, so I'm not sure why it looks like that on smaller screens. David Martin | <<Actually I do have the auto-width and auto-height set, so I'm not sure why it looks like that on smaller screens.>> I discovered another weird issue on my iPad. With the iPad in landscape orientation, the top part of the page is cutoff and cannot be scrolled to. If I then rotate the iPad 90 degrees to change the orientation, all looks well. If I then rotate the iPad back 90 degrees so that it is back in landscape orientation, all looks well. Why would the top part of the page be chopped off when first displayed? As the page looks perfect when the iPad is rotated, all of the display info must be there. David Martin |

I might recompile it with the latest version of EWB in case it's been fixed since I originally did the app. Steve |

More than likely the issue is with the centering logic during the initial application creation, or something along those lines. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
