wish list for 2.06 or 2.07 |

erickengelke | Everyone has their own wish list. As you can see in my book, you can do almost
anything Javascript-y in EWB with a bit of effort, we don't need to wait for Elevate. So what I'd really like for 2.06 or 2.07 would be: - pascal prettier. On delphi Ctrl D reforms the program, i wish EWB would get that. I use it when I change the if /elsen esting. - some sort of intellisense, where event (dot) would bring up a list of known parameters this one is more of a pipe dream - moving the help out of that small window into a larger full-screenish window |

Boris B | +1 !
Regarding help, I'd actually like it to open in a completely separate app/window so I can alt-tab easily between EWB and the Help... |

Oh, and I wish hitting the close application X button would ask "are you sure", because I often mean to close the runtime window but accidentally close the whole project. Erick |

Trinione | Help in another window has been requested in a previous thread and Tim agreed to it I believe.
I would like Double-Click on tab to close the file. |

Matthew Jones | It does, as I said, depend in what way you are wanting it to work. What
I wanted, and implemented without too much trouble, was to be able to pick up circles, and to be able to put them in a place the user wanted. Basically, a voting system. (See http://banxia.com/resources/connect/userguide/index.html?preferencing.ht m for a screen shot) This is just done using the OnMouseDown/Move/Up events, and remembering where you started, and working out where things should end up etc. The blob you pick up follows the cursor. When you drag over a target, the target adjusts accordingly. How widely this is applicable I don't know, but obviously you can do any internal drag and drop using this. Others have done drag and drop of files into the browser. Hence me asking what sort of drap and drop you want. -- Matthew Jones |
