I just wanted to inform everyone that there is a new option for ordering my EWB book or my EWB+mormot book based on clear suggestions from previous customers.

Both are still available in softcover through Amazon for $59.95 USD each, however I also now offer them for HALF PRICE  from my web site if you just want the Ebook version.

I believe Amazon also offers a free Ebook version when you order the printed version.  If they don't, contact me directly and I can fix it for you.  

Advantage of Ebooks is that you can easily cut and paste, you can search, they are portable in your Ereader, they save space, you get them faster at no shipping charges, and they can be cheaper because they cut out shipping, printing, middle man costs, etc.

The main disadvantages of kindles are that the author cannot control the page layout.  If you can live with that, it's not a big problem.  

I can supply them in either ePUB (for Kindles, etc) or PDF.

I'm sorry this offer was not available before, but I'm only a recent convert to ebooks.  Amazon discourages them for authors in my opinion, actually charging us higher fees than for regular books!  Hence the decision to do it through my personal store as I own the copyright.

I will have a full store online in a few weeks, I'm just finalizing details.  In the meantime, I will accept payment through PayPal and Credit cards (through PayPal).  (That was another issue, Amazon didn't take PayPal).
