As far I known RadPHP was initially an Spanish product Embarcadero bought. Who knows with EWB ...
I think for the Delphi community, EWB approach is more interesting than the PHP based.

No worries. I'm sure they bought some code from a shady shop in Ulan
Bator, put some crack Nigerian teenies on it to make it look like the
real thing, and rebaptized it "HTML5 Builder." This has always worked
very well for them. <veg>

Between the two, I'd probably go with EWB anyway. Tim's support is very good, and
the quality of the tools world-leading. While it would be nice for Tim if Emb had
bought it, I hope they'd not ruin it! But EWB has a future, I'm sure.
