Hi All,

Has anyone implemented a payment gateway into an EWB web app to process payments?

I was hoping for some payment gateway recommendations.

Thanks all.

Cheers,

Hmm, I've done two - one to a credit card service on my server, which needed custom API's to operate, and one was a PayPal system which had to divert off to PayPal and have me come back and auto-login again. I used the HTML container for any custom stuff (3D-Secure).

I don't think my experience helps really, other than it can be done. You just have to work out what your provider requires. I also recently did a thing using the pop-up PayPal, which is all Javascript but I have no idea how that would integrate. It calls a Javascript event at the end with completion status.

Basically, I think just go with something. The big ones people talk about are PayPal and Stripe.

My backend web server - running as an ISAPI DLL under IIS - could use any gateway.  I have done one to Helcim (in Canada) using their Rest API.  But since my back end is a Delphi DLL (ISAPI) and gateway you can code in Delphi could be used.

I have payment integration with Gravity using uspay web service and Cayan (now TSYS) using web service.

I get the information on the web page and then make a HTTPS post to a EWB module that I wrote in Delphi XE6, that process the payment and then return the result to the web page.
