erickengelke | Good day,
Short message: There is now a Google Group called elevatewebbuilderusers. It is available to the EWB "user community" but is certainly not an official site and has no official links to Elevate. Long message: Several people have contacted me or written on this board about the possibility of an offsite option to discuss the EWB and related technologies. For whatever reason, some people cannot or choose not to post on the official site and would like another option, or the topic wouldn't be appropriate for a vendor's site. It is quite common to have a group for just user communities, and for these groups develop their own personalities. I've seen this with network software I created 30 odd years ago, which spawned whole other technoloogies and groups doing things I never originally imagined. While I have no direct stake in the product line... I pay for my EWB subscription too.... I personally would like to see the product survive and thrive. That way we can all continue to benefit from updates and support. That outcome is best served if people maintain their subscriptions. So I encourage that people who use the product to renew yearly.. This is not intended to reduce the paying customers, just create a more robust community. Google groups offer both a web interface and Email options for subscription. Check it out: https://groups.google.com. and search for elevatewebbuilderusers. All are welcome.
