I wonder if within EWB development plans, is scheduled to work with EWB web server, through port 443 and SSH libraries.

You can do this now using another server (until it is supported directly). EWB can
set up another server for you to test against. However the problem I found was the
certificates, in that the embedded IE doesn't allow me to move forward if the
certificate is not right. I just use the deploy option and test in browser, but
having now bought a wildcard certificate I must try again - I can probably set up a
name for the domain now.

Anyway, if you look back here, Tim explained to me how to use other servers.

Yes, I have plans to add SSL support to the web server.
