When you close a project, it would be nice if the IDE took you to the Welcome page,
instead of the Help. I usually want to switch to another project, and they are all
listed in the Welcome page.

I just tried the "Remove" option to remove test projects, and half of the listed
items disappeared. I now have 4 shown, and clicking another test removes it, but I
now have 4 left. Some of the project locations are not right.

Yes, I saw this recently also.  The scrolling window control in Delphi is a
real bear to deal with it - it doesn't handle things moving around
correctly.  If you exit/re-enter the IDE after seeing this, you'll notice
that everything is back where it belongs.
