Safari 7.0 (Mavericks) Issue |

Mark Brooks Slikware | Hi Tim,
I am experiencing something a little strange with this latest version of Safari. Very difficult to clearly define at the moment, however broadly it would seem that modal forms remain partially visible after they've been closed, only in areas of the screen where no other form is being displayed ........... It's almost as if they're being "sent to the back" rather than hidden. But this is purely a guess. I know that Safari 7.0 is being touted as very aggressive in terms of Javascript optimisation. I'll try to gather some more information but am away from the office for a few days now. Just wondered if anything obvious sprang to your mind? Regards Mark |

Matthew Jones | Safari has decent debug facilities, so it is probably worth turning those on and
seeing if there is any clue in logs. /Matthew Jones/ |

<< I am experiencing something a little strange with this latest version of Safari. Regardless of whether the form is being closed or closed/freed, EWB definitely toggles the visibility attribute (hides) for elements. If it wasn't, then a whole lot of EWB wouldn't work correctly.
