Thread Controls and scrollbar

Hi,

I have a TPanel with a lot controls (TEdit etc.). They do not all fit on the
Panel, so I used the Versical Scrollbar property to fit them all. That works
fine, but if I close EWB and open it again, all the (lower) controls have
crawled back to a visible position. So the controls now are on top of each
other. Is there a workaround that I can use to prevent this?

Greetings,
Ronald

This is a bug in the current release/build, and will be fixed in the
upcoming 1.03.

Hi, in version 1.03 this still is not correct. It was the repair I was
actually waiting for. Can you fix it?

Greetings,
Ronald

Hi Tim,

I just tested it, but it is still not fixed. In designmode it looks fine
(better than 1.02), but at runtime all controls are all over each other.
This was my main hope for 1.03. Can you give it a look?

Greetings,
Ronald

Please send me an example of what you're seeing.  The bug that was fixed was
this:

http://www.elevatesoft.com/incident?action=viewaddr&category=ewb&release=1.03&incident=3971

So, there must be something different in your case that is accounting for
the results that you're seeing.

Some controls in the forms in the attachment should only be visible by
scrolling the form. If I open the form in designtime of runtime the controls
have all moved to the top of the form and are over all other controls.

Did you put the controls back to the correct location *after* installing
1.03 ?  The form that you sent me has the controls in the wrong location to
start with, which would be the case if the form was saved with 1.02 and then
opened with 1.03.  After you put the controls back into the correct
location, they should stay put, which is what I'm seeing when I do the same
with your form using 1.03.

Yes, I have relocated the controls. Save the form, close EWB and open it
again. The controls have then moved.
If I close EWB it asks me if I want to save the changes! So that really
means EWB makes the changes itself. I could make a screencam so you can see.

Never mind, I'm seeing it now.  It's moving controls up slightly in some
cases, and more in others.  I'll see what the issue is and make sure a fix
is in B2.

Hi Tim,

Do you have any idea when it is fixed?
