Thread How to close app?

I suspect I am being particularly dense .. but ..

I call my EWB2 app from a web link, but when the app is closed
(MainForm.Close) it just shows the app's .html page and does not return
to the calling page.

Am I missing something obvious?

When the link was clicked you are on a webpage (your EWB app)  so when they are done have them go to a web page of your choice.....

Add  to Uses webDOM;

window.location.href := 'http://www.website.com/webpage.html"

Hi Walter

I did wonder if that was necessary (it was not for EWB1 - so far as I
know).
There is something in the Help about navigating away from an app
causing it to be cleared up.

By the way, I have updated my copy of the little calendar component you
created so that it will work in EWB2, but I have not posted it yet as I
hope Tim will have something equivalent very soon.  Smile
