Hi

I am using EWB 2.01b2.  There is information on the support groups referring to the Theme Editor but I cannot find how to get access to it.

I cannot find anything in the manual referring to editing themes and there is no menu options or references to Themes in my EWB application.

Is there any instructions, a beginners guide to theme management or something to help me get started?

Richard:

The Theme Editor was part of EWB 1.

EWB 2 uses interfaces to allow you to make changes to UI elements.

I expect best practice is described in the help, but basically you
create a directory with your customisations in, and then add that to
the component library path before the standard one. You could choose to
copy everything or just what you want to customise. And of course you
can add your own components.

You should start here:

http://www.elevatesoft.com/manual?action=viewtopic&id=ewb2&topic=Control_Interfaces

Effectively, the control interface functionality replaces the themes because it is much more flexible.

Thank you Walter, Matthew and Tim.

It was very helpful - it makes sense now.
