I used TotalCommander to search the framework dir for TDesktop and TApplication and it did not retrun any results. Of course they are there as you said.  So I ran the searches again. Still no result. Finally  I realized that the source is in unicode, and probably this is why TC fails. (Though it should not)

The other issue is that the source units in EWB use the .wbs extension, not
the .pas extension.
