So would I. But sadly the products' UI components remain stuck in 2015 with much to be done. Your Nice Components are breathing life into that aspect

Regarding Tabulator, it was the first I came across that looked functional enough for modern work. But, that size!!! I shall research some more and find a reasonable one to suggest.

Good news, Tabulator seems quite reasonable.  So I've got a demo working, where I test both bound datasets and free form data.

The bound datasets are a readonly, rowselect-style grid, I haven't got updating working from cell editing to update the Dataset yet.

If you don't use Dataset, you can edit and then query the values.

You can see the work in progress at:

My demo shows use of money/financial data, which is something I needed.

I'll have this included in my Nice toolkit probably later this week or next.

I've moved this discussion to new components group now that I've made a new working demo on https://erickengelke.com/nice/samples.html
under Adv Tabulator Grid which shows databound and raw access.

I think I'll be using this component a lot.

Erick,
Checking it out now. Looks great! Have a few issues I'll post in the Components thread.

Yes.  I had an email exchange with him yesterday.  With regards to EWB, he just mentioned that 3.02 was taking longer than expected.

Yes, me too.  I had reported a number of issues with the compiler and he replied with several Emails.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's been nearly 4 months since we have heard from Tim on these forums.

That's a long time to be absent.  The silence is deafening.

I was going to email him but then I thought maybe everyone else is doing that.  I don't want to disturb him in case he's doing something really important.  Or maybe he's going through some personal issues.

Does anyone know if he's ok?
