I will very shortly going to need to be able to drag and drop rows from one grid to another. This will typically be used to drag a person from a search to a work schedule grid. My users will typically want to execute an advanced search towards a personnel database and once they have found a suitable person, drag this person over to a work schedule grid.

Did anyone do this before? I did read some other posts discussing this, but there was only some high level recommendations how to do this. My biggest concern are how to identify the row and columns on the target grid.

Any examples on how to perform this would be highly appreciated.
