I also agree/prefer for use of Chromium  in spite of bigger setup file.

Good point, and one that I forgot about. Smile

I'll probably end up using Chrome, regardless of the increased download size. It's just go the portability that we need, in general, and I'm much more familiar with its remote debugging than Edge/Chakra, and it's at least documented a bit more.

My biggest determinant is the crypto support: we just moved everything here to Windows 2016, and it *is* much easier when you don't have to worry about the crypto being current.  Windows 7/2008 R2 still have current crypto, but you do need to use something like IISCrypto (or directly modify the registry) to make sure that you've got all of the older, obsolete cipher support turned off:

As for which Windows OS I actually *like* the best, my answer is always "the previous one". Wink
