Hi Raul,

<< Can i ask why this is does not work for you ?

URL would simply be name of the external file of the project and does
not need to be some external url reference. >>

Using a URL, I can't see any animated GIFs on the form at design time because the image isn't visible until the page is rendered.  It makes it difficult to position an image accurately, unless I continuously switch back and forth between positioning and running the app.  On a long page/form with more than one animated GIF it definitely becomes a problem.

At the moment, using the URL method, I have to do is set the Background/Image/Name property at design time so I can see the image on the form, then clear this property at run time.  It works but it's kind of clunky.

From a usability point of view, I think it would be an improvement to be able to use the Background/Image/Name property to specify the animated GIF at design time, and then have it animate it at run time without having to use the URL property.

I use the URL property always.  I don't see a downside to that, except that you have to upload the GIF files.

That's good that you're happy with that.

As the topic of this thread is Christmas Wishlist, I stand by my wish.
