Can I propose a change in the default for the TPanel movability setting? I rarely want a panel to be draggable, if ever. But I place them around, they look lovely, and then some user complains that they managed to mess things up.

I am just going around all my dialogs and forms to turn the option off.

Just me, or would others like this changed?
