I use the HeaderPanel's Double Click event to close a form.

For consistency, I would like the user to be able to also Double Click the CaptionBar on a Panel component. However, the Panel component's DoubleClick event is tied to the Panel itself. Not the CaptionBar.

Can a OnCaptionDblClick event be added please.
