Not sure which OS you're using but for Windows 7 most of the scaling is
under "Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display"

Mine is set to "Smaller - 100% (Default)" setting

You're right Raul. I'm using Seven too and setting this
parameter to 100 % solved the problem ...

Well ... this parameter tuned font size, nothing else ...
Windows is a stange world ... Why does a font size parameter
change controls position ? I don't know !

And know I've a problem. My eyes are tired and I need
to set font size to 150 % so I can't see exactly how
things will be for the user ...

An other solution could have been changing EWB menus fonts size.
But it isn't possible.

Finally I set font size at 100 % as you shown and set a lower
screen resolution. So characters are larger on screen and
my eyes can work !
