I've done a quick review of the HTML5 web application functionality in the
past, and it shouldn't be too difficult to add.  At the very least, the next
release will include the ability to save database transactions/datasets as
JSON strings that can be stored in local storage.  The real key with offline
usage is being able to store the logged transactions for the entire
database, which EWB can do quite easily.

Sorry I did not know you had replied as I always see my name in the last column in the forum which I know now that it is thread creator but not last answer.

I am glad to know that the local storage is OK to save database transactions/datasets.

So the only and most important issue now is the "offline web application" issue.

If you can confirm EWB can do the following in the near future, I think the decision is clear.
1. The complied output can satisfy "offline web application"  requirement (default page point to a manifest file which hold a list of files and resources for the browser to cache).
2. A flag showing whether on-line/off-line currently and trigger event when it change.

Thank you again for your help and hope we can purchase your product soon.

Sorry, but I can't make any promises.  All I can say is that I will be
looking into adding this at some point.
