What would it take to make Web Builder talk to the iPhone and Droid as does PhoneGap. Or is it possible so make Web Builder work with PhoneGap, and PhoneGap Build to create iPhone and Droid Apps? Has anyone out there fiddled with this?

it seems to be easy:

* Create a file named config.xml described here: https://build.phonegap.com/docs/config-xml

* Save the config.xml in the deploy-folder

* Add an icon to the deploy-folder

* Zip the deploy-folder and upload it to http://build.phonegap.com/apps (you must have a phonegap-account).

* Ready Smile

It's that easy? What device(s) are you running it on?

Hi Peter,

Are you able to access the hardware components, specifically the camera?

PhoneGap support several API to access the hardware components.

See here: http://docs.phonegap.com/en/2.5.0/index.html

But i don't know how to access the API from an EWB-Project.

Peter,

You have to define an external interface for it:
