Joe Roadmaster	Hi Tim Thanks for instruction on setting an ODBC. It was successful for me. Following the instruction I managed to setup an ODBC connection to a local MySQL database, Now I put a component onto a form and point the Dataset of that component to the Dataset. Connection ok but I cant see any datum showing. Pls advise. Faithfully Joe
