Hi Tim,

I have found a few problems with the themes and the theme designer:

1)    Password edits do not appear to use the theme.
2)    Changing the Form Caption middle does not refresh the form in the
designer until the designer is closed and reopened.
3)    Same for the Edit middle.
4)    Radio Button Selected (Hot) appears in the list twice (the first
one does nothing)
5)    Should the Memo edit use the edit theme?

Chris,

<< I have found a few problems with the themes and the theme designer: >>

I'll check these out also.

<< Should the Memo edit use the edit theme? >>

No, it uses the control border theming, as does the list box.  The control
border theming is the last in the Group combo box.  Basically, any control
that is resizable in all 4 directions and requires a simple border will use
the control border.

Chris,

I missed this one - what is giving you the impression that password edits
don't use the theme ?  Are they not picking up the new font or theming for
you ?  Password edits are the same as normal edits, at least as far as the
theming is concerned.

Where did you change the background color in the theme ?  The reason that I
ask is that you shouldn't be able to change the background color of any edit
in a theme - the background color is derived from the theming images used
for the edits.

Chris,

Never mind, I've got it now.  It's part of the whole hoops that the control
has to jump through to switch to a password edit for IE.  It doesn't happen
on the other browsers that can do the switch without having to recreate the
DOM element.
