I'm looking at the way the search paths are working, especially now that
I've got people sending me projects with different machine paths, etc. and
one of the changes that I'll be making is to make the project path implicit
when it comes to the compiler search paths.

Also, what does everyone think about making the framework path implicit also
?  That way, for most projects you won't need any additional compiler search
paths at all, unless you want to have the compiler pick up a different
version of a unit, etc.
