# 254 Database System Utility Now Properly Allowing for Entry of International Date Formats

I use a Dutch version of Windows 95, set to the Dutch region, using short date format d-MM-jj. (This means display only the minimal needed digits, dd means insert 0 for under 10, right?) Display of the dates is ok, I just can't enter anything beyond day 9.

Comments Comments and Workarounds
Problem was with the automatic edit-mask generation added in the 1.07 release. This functionality has been removed since it interferes with international date editing.
