# 2203 Executing a SELECT MAX() Single-Row Query On a Column that is Indexed Causes Lock-Up

The following SQL causes a lock-up of the process.

SELECT MAX(RefNo) FROM SalesEntries WHERE ItemNo='0000000990'

Fixed Problem on 6/12/2006 in version 4.25 build 1
